Ingredients

For the BBQ mayo:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

To assemble:

Method

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, BBQ sauce and hot sauce in a small bowl and mix to combine. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Louisiana Burgers as per the packet instructions.
  3. While the burgers are in the oven, pan fry the bacon in a large fry pan over medium heat. Cook the bacon until browned and crisp – about 8 minutes. Transfer onto paper towels to drain.
  4. Toast the muffins.
  5. While the muffins are toasting, fry the eggs over medium heat to desired doneness - about 4 to 5 minutes for runny yolks.
  6. Spread the bottom of each muffin with 1 Tbsp of tomato chutney. Top with a slice of cheese, a Louisiana Burger, 2 slices of bacon & a fried egg. Spread the BBQ mayo on the English muffin tops and sandwich together.
