
Tex Mex Fried Chicken Burger

Tegel Take Outs Louisiana Style Chicken Burgers 600g
Ingredients
- 4 Tegel Take Outs Louisiana Burgers
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup salsa
- 4 slices burger cheese
- 2 cups natural corn chips
For the quick Guac:
- 1 avocado
- Large handful coriander
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño brine
- 2 tablespoons jalapeños
- Juice of a lime
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ red onion, diced
- ¼ cup capsicum, diced
Method
- Cook the Louisiana Burgers in the oven or air fryer as per packet instructions.
- While the chicken is cooking, make the guac by adding the avocado, jalapeño brine, jalapeños, coriander, lime juice and salt to a bowl and mash with a fork. Fold through the capsicum and red onion.
- Lightly toast the buns then assemble the burgers. Spread a generous spoonful of salsa over the bottom buns, then place a Nashville Burger on top, a slice of cheese, and pile on the guac and corn chips. Spread the top buns with more salsa and sandwich on top. Dig in!
