Assistant Farm Manager – Rearing (Glasseys Road)

An opportunity has opened for an Assistant Farm Manager to lead our Rearing team at our Glasseys Road farm. In this role, you will assist the Farm Manager to ensure the production and maintenance of a cost-effective supply of high-quality birds so that company and customer requirements are met. The rearing of birds will be to the highest possible standard.

About You

  • Proven poultry husbandry skills
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance, along with biosecurity requirements
  • Confident decision‑making, problem‑solving, communication skills, along with critical thinking
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Knowledge and understanding of Animal Welfare codes would be highly desirable, along with leadership experience
