We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Process Workers to join the Value-Added team at our Christchurch processing plant on a new Afternoon Shift.
About the role:
As a Process Worker within our chicken processing operations, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, hands-on environment that thrives on teamwork, consistency, and high performance. This is a physically active role where quality, safety, and reliability are critical.
Shift pattern is Monday - Friday 2.00pm – 10.00pm, with overtime available and the odd Saturday when needed. On the job training will be provided to the successful candidates.
You must be available to start at 11.00am while training takes place.

Ideally, successful candidates will possess the following attributes and experience:
- Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Good physical fitness and strength
- Ability to work in a team environment
